Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. When you're happy—we're happy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase & would like to submit a return please feel free to contact us with your Invoice number to request our returns form.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- All items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
- Store credit will be sent in the form of a Gift Card which can be easily redeemed at checkout in your next order.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded & are the responsibility of the buyer.
- You will be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 days.
- A pre-paid USPS shipping label may be provided for your convenience with a $5 return shipping fee.
